Santa Maria (RS) - O 1º Regimento de Carros de Combates realizou no dia 10 de outubro a 6ª palestra do Projeto Raízes, Valores e Tradições – PRVT. A palestra foi ministrada pelo Gen Div Fábio Benvenutti Castro com o tema “O Gabinete do Comandante do Exército”, o projeto tem por objetivo divulgar e fortalecer os valores e ética profissional militar.
